Agentic Jesus Mobile Application

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "License") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Agentic Jesus LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Licensor," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This EULA is between you and Agentic Jesus LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), Google LLC ("Google"), or any other app store operator.
This EULA governs your use of the Agentic Jesus mobile application (the "Licensed Application" or "App"), including any updates, upgrades, supplements, or services provided through the App, unless a separate license accompanies such items.
By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This EULA is a supplemental license governing the software application itself. Your overall use of the Services, including subscription terms, data privacy, and dispute resolution, is exclusively governed by the Company's master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Licensed Application.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA and your compliance with the applicable app store terms, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree that you will NOT:
If you sell or transfer your device to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the device before doing so.
Agentic Jesus LLC, and not Apple, Google, or any other app store operator, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content, including:
AI-generated content is provided for informational and spiritual enrichment purposes only. The Licensed Application is not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, licensed therapy, medical advice, or emergency services.
Agentic Jesus LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google (as applicable), and the applicable app store may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSED APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Apple and Google shall not be liable for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the Licensed Application.
The Licensed Application, including its source code, design, AI system prompts, theological frameworks, discernment engine, Wisdom Library content architecture, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of Agentic Jesus LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Licensed Application. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.
Agentic Jesus LLC, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claim related to the Licensed Application.
The Licensed Application integrates with third-party services. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Licensed Application may enable access to external services and websites. You agree to use External Services at your sole risk. The Licensor is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies from your devices.
